In A Home, Alone

Joe Pesci Home AloneIt’s Christmas Eve at Harry Lime’s (76 year old Joe Pesci) retirement home. The workers are on vacation and all of the old folks have been picked up by their children to enjoy the holiday together.

Harry’s family, however, has forgotten about him and left him alone in the home. This gives the bedridden former criminal a chance to think about all of the mistakes he’s made in his life, which drove away his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

When a group of eight year old hooligans break into the deserted home and start looting everything of value, including Harry’s dentures (with gold tooth), he receives his chance for redemption.

Harry sneaks around the home with his walker (his elderly body isn’t capable of doing much more than sneaking), setting hilarious and deadly traps and using cardboard cutouts of Michael Jordan and recordings of gangster movies to drive the hooligans away (and to the emergency room). He may even receive some help from his old pal and fellow Wet Bandit Marv (Daniel Stern) who emerges from a coma just in time to set fire to a youngster mere moments before he shoots Harry.

All this and a special cameo appearance by Macaulay Culkin, in theaters Holiday 2020!
